According to Super Lawyers, only 2.5% of attorneys are selected to the Rising Stars list. The selection process for Rising Stars is not one of those awards you can just pay for. Your peers in the legal community recognize and recommend you. Super Lawyers then evaluates and vets the attorney before making a final determination. A Rising Star is not guaranteed a position on the list the following year. Continued work in the legal community engagement and client satisfaction are two of the main criteria in this process.
