State 48 represented me for my prenup agreement. they were patient and helpful in walking me through the process. I worked with Bryce Johnson and Dana Holt they are awesome. Highly recommend.

I do not recommend Robbie Hendricks as an attorney based on my personal experience. I found that he lacked the skill to handle my case effectively. He overbilled, including charging me twice for a motion that had to be redone due to his own mistake.

During my appeal, he included moot arguments without informing me of their legal irrelevance, and I later learned some of the facts he included were legally incorrect — which undermined the case. After consulting with other attorneys, I was told the fee I paid for the appeal was far above standard.

Throughout the process, Mr. Hendricks threatened to withdraw at highly vulnerable times, which added significant stress. Even during financial hardship, he continued to pressure me for payments. Overall, I did not feel supported or well-represented, and the experience made a difficult situation much worse

Bryce and Samantha were amazing! I interviewed several attorneys before hiring on Bryce Johnson. Why? Because he was real with me. He didn't promise me the moon and stars, he listened to me, he thoroughly went through my evidence. But you need to be transparent. I wasn't perfect and told him that from the gate. He needs to know the good, bad, and ugly in order to understand the case and help you fairly and accordingly. His help/guidance and Samantha's help/guidance means more to me than a dollar amount. Yes, it can get pricey but they are worth it and they are very thorough in their work.

Update: I am a former Client needing legal coaching. Bryce jumped up immediately to help me and he has been completely transparent throughout. I appreciate Bryce, Samantha, Kate, Dana, Stephen, etc. They are caring, compassionate, and real!

I was especially impressed by their dedication, often working late on Fridays and even on their days off to ensure my case received the attention it needed. This level of commitment truly reflects their passion for helping their clients.
