Rule 69 Agreement

Rule 69 Agreement – Under Rule 69 of the Arizona Rules of Family Procedure, an agreement is binding on the parties if it is in writing and signed by both parties. An email signature counts as a signature for purposes of this rule. An agreement becomes binding on the Court as well if the parties submit the agreement to the Court and the Court adopts the agreement as an order of the Court.
