State 48 Law Firm Team Expands with Newly Licensed Arizona Attorney, Isabella Bogensperger

State 48 Law Firm proudly announces that Isabella (Isa) Bogensperger is officially licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona.

Bogensperger graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University earlier this year and successfully passed the Arizona Bar Exam this summer. Isa joins the State 48 team with a deep passion for helping families navigate the family court system, while continuing to build the foundation of her career focused on making a lasting, positive impact in the community.

During and prior to law school, Bogensperger gained diverse experience through several legal internships and clerkships across multiple practice areas. She’s contributed to matters in family law, estate planning, contract management, construction law, juvenile justice, and criminal law, where she assisted the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office on cold-case homicides. She also served as a certified limited practice student attorney in ASU’s Entrepreneurship and Small Business Clinic, helping local entrepreneurs launch and protect their businesses.

At ASU Law, Bogensperger was recognized as a Pedrick Scholar, served as an Article Editor for the Arizona State Sports and Entertainment Law Journal, and represented the law school as an Admissions Ambassador.

Outside of her legal work, Bogensperger is committed to community service. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Family Involvement Center in Phoenix, an organization that supports families navigating behavioral health, child welfare, and education systems through peer support, counseling, and training.

A native Arizonan, Isa grew up in Goodyear and graduated summa cum laude from Grand Canyon University with a bachelor’s degree in behavioral health sciences. Away from the office, she enjoys scuba diving with sharks, cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes, and spending time with her husband and their Doberman, Simba.
