How much does an initial consultation cost?

Our initial consultations range from $250 to $475 an hour. The rates are based on years of experience, specialization, training and practice, and level of professional attainment. During your one-hour consultation, your attorney will listen to your story, review the facts of your case, and ask questions about your goals. You will then have the chance to talk about potential outcomes, what options you have, and what is most important to you. Your attorney will discuss what game plan they feel will be most effective, and they will also present your representation options. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions or discuss any of the options presented to you. We do consultations differently than most firms, and so, because of the preparation, detail, and time allocated to our meetings, we do not offer free consultations.
